Encased in a freshly designed combination of walnut wood and high-strength polymer ear cups, 105 SILVA brings together iconic signatures from the full product line-up to deliver the next major step forward for audio innovation.
Inside the headphones there is audio technology to match — a 50 mm dynamic driver engaging and detailed audio experience. Its titanium-coated semicrystalline polymer torus, and copper-zinc stabiliser ensure the driver membrane's rigidity and strength, for a fast transient response and pleasantly textured bass with minimal distortion.
105 SILVA's sound signature is a new take on Meze Audio's iconic characteristics, including the technicalities of 109 PRO combined with the warmth and genre versatility of 105 AER. 105 SILVA specialises in mid-range presentation for vocals and strings, meaning listeners can enjoy the liveliness and impact of any music without sacrificing the micro details present in well-recorded tracks.
Also carrying over the self-adjusting spring steel headband found on its acclaimed predecessor, 105 AER, 105 SILVA is a culmination of years of leading ergonomic research and development from Meze Audio. Thanks to premium contact materials used in the full design of the headphones, including its deep-cushioned earcups, every component of 105 SILVA can be disassembled and replaced to last a lifetime.
